1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pay-Quick ("the Service"), including our website, pilot program, or application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. About Pay-Quick

Pay-Quick is a QR-based ordering and payment platform designed for restaurants, bars, cafés, and similar venues.

The Service allows venues to:

• Let guests order and pay using their mobile phones
• Receive orders in real time via a Kitchen Display System (KDS)
• Manage venue operations digitally

Pay-Quick is operated within the European Union (Romania).

3. Eligibility

To use Pay-Quick, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to act on behalf of the venue you register
• Provide accurate and complete information

We reserve the right to reject or suspend access at our discretion.

4. Pilot Program

4.1 Pilot access

Pay-Quick may offer a free pilot program:

• Duration: 30 days
• Limited to selected venues
• Selection is not first-come, first-served
• Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

4.2 Pilot limitations

During the pilot:

• Features may change
• Availability is not guaranteed
• Service may be modified or discontinued without notice
• The pilot is provided "as is" for testing and feedback purposes.

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Keeping login credentials secure
• All activity under your account
• Ensuring authorized staff use the system properly

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

6. Payments & Fees

6.1 Pilot phase

During the pilot period, no subscription fees are charged.

6.2 Paid plans (future)

After the pilot:

• Paid plans may apply
• Pricing and billing terms will be communicated in advance
• Continued use will require explicit acceptance of pricing

Payment processing is handled by third-party providers (e.g. Stripe).

7. Use of the Service

You agree not to:

• Use Pay-Quick for unlawful activities
• Attempt to disrupt or misuse the platform
• Reverse engineer or copy the Service
• Provide false or misleading information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of Pay-Quick is subject to our Privacy Policy.

• You remain the owner of your venue and customer data.
• We act only as a data processor where applicable.

9. Availability & Support

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted access
• Error-free operation
• Specific performance results

Support during the pilot is provided on a best-effort basis.

10. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in Pay-Quick — including software, branding, and content — remain the exclusive property of Pay-Quick.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access:

• For violation of these Terms
• For misuse or abuse of the Service
• At the end of the pilot program

You may stop using the Service at any time.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Pay-Quick is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for lost revenue, data loss, or business interruption
• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available"

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pay-Quick from claims arising out of:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your venue's operations or customer interactions

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
The latest version will always be available on our website.

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania and applicable EU regulations.
